Responsible for administrative oversight, documentation, and compliance. Oversees the help desk, knowledge base, and internal communications.
Operations Team
Manages flight scheduling, route planning, and pilot briefings to ensure realism and smooth operations.
Organises and coordinates Virtual Qantas events, both internal and community-based.
Ensures aircraft are properly represented in the system and manages requests or updates to the fleet.
Community & Support Team
Handles help desk requests and ensures that users are responded to in a timely and helpful manner.
Maintains order in the Virtual Qantas Discord and helps guide pilots through community channels.
