1. General Conduct

• All pilots and staff must behave respectfully toward others within the community.
• No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior will be tolerated.
• Follow the instructions of Virtual Qantas staff at all times.
• Use common sense and keep all communication professional and appropriate.

2. Account and Membership

• Each member may only register one account unless otherwise approved.
• Your real identity must be used for registration (first and last name).
• If you are inactive for more than 30 days without notice, your account may be removed.

3. Flight Conduct

• All flights must be flown using your assigned pilot ID and using our approved flight tracking system.
• Flights should replicate real-world operations as closely as possible.
• Simulated crashes, reckless behavior, or unrealistic flying may result in disciplinary action.

4. PIREPs and Activity

• Pilots are expected to file a valid PIREP at least once every 30 days.
• Event flights may earn additional points or recognition.
• Falsifying a PIREP or flight data may result in removal from the airline.

5. Communication & Discord

• Our Discord server is the main hub for community and staff communication.
• Follow the #rules channel in Discord at all times.
• Keep all channels on-topic and avoid excessive off-topic or spam posts.

6. Privacy & Data

• All user data is stored securely and used solely for the operation of Virtual Qantas.
• Members can request their data to be reviewed or deleted in accordance with GDPR laws.

7. Breaches & Disciplinary Action

• Minor infractions may result in warnings or temporary suspension.
• Severe or repeated breaches will result in permanent removal.
• All decisions made by executive staff are final unless otherwise appealed via the Help Desk.
